Payday Forecast calculator
Paycheck Budget Calculator
Add your paychecks and upcoming bills to see how your checking balance could change over time.
Your plan stays in this browser—there is no account, bank connection, or financial-data upload. Because this is a single-origin website, scripts permitted on this origin could technically access that saved data. Optional production analytics, if separately approved and enabled, stays off until you allow it and never receives calculator inputs or results.

What this paycheck budget calculator calculates
The tool projects a chronological checking-balance timeline from actual income dates, recurring and one-time bills, everyday spending, and the minimum cash buffer you want to keep. It will show the lowest projected balance, the date of that low point, the first buffer breach, and any negative balance.
The Quick Purchase Test lets you explore one immediate spending decision without changing the saved baseline. The result remains an estimate based on the dates and expenses entered, not a guarantee or financial advice.
How locally saved data works
The calculator saves the plan in local browser storage so a returning user can continue without creating an account. Clearing the plan or the browser's site data removes that local copy, and it does not automatically follow the user to another browser or device.
This is a single-origin architecture. Any script allowed to execute on this site, including a future advertising script, could technically access the same browser storage. That approved tradeoff requires strict dependency review, no intentional financial values in analytics, safe rendering, and prominent saved-data controls.
Methodology at a glance
Forecasts use calendar dates rather than generic weekly buckets. Money is handled as integer cents, invalid dates are rejected, and the starting balance is included when finding the low point. When same-day posting order is unknown, pending withdrawals are applied before deposits so the forecast exposes a conservative possible low.
The calculator supports weekly, biweekly, monthly, configurable twice-monthly, and irregular income, plus one-time and recurring obligations. Weekend and holiday adjustments are not invented; users supply the expected posting dates.
